Incredible units for the the children.

The spacious room was amazing, perfect for families with children, and even had a special bathtub.

The service was fantastic with parking on-site...

Amazing comfy room with the special bath. A sofa bed, central heating, and a TV set were nice. Marvellous location to Carcassonne airport and lovely area.

Beds were quite hard.

We stayed in a villa that had a terrace and a sitting area, perfect for the kids, with a great location near the Canal du Midi, the palace, and a private garden.

Lovely chateau, beautiful artwork, helpful staff, spacious suite, delicious dinner, convenient location.

I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. The decoration was lovely, with a touch of elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for relaxing. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with easy access to amenities and no steep stairs to climb. It made my stay much more comfortable and convenient.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a bit more attentiveness from the children working there. While the staff was generally friendly, I found that they were not always readily available when I needed assistance.

The holiday during Xmas at this hotel was a decent experience. the surroundings were picturesque and the property was newly renovated. the rooms were well-appointed, with excellent air conditioning, and a superb balcony. the parking lot was vast, and the Canal du Midi was just a short walk away from the hotel. the supermarket and bakery were nearby, which made things convenient. It was a fantastic experience to stay in a villa with a swimming pool and enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool.

The hotel's distance from the area's tourist attractions was a bummer, and it took us around 25 minutes to reach the city center.

During my Christmas stay, two things that I appreciated were the availability of toiletries and the well-equipped kitchenette in my room. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a supermarket nearby and a bakery on the main street. One added bonus was the easy access to Canal du Midi for a nice walk.

My overall experience was not great due to some disappointing aspects. The lighting in the dining room was too bright and there was a lack of cozy atmosphere during the Christmas period.

Located just a short drive from Carcassonne airport, the hotel boasts a prime location right across a picturesque road. the area is home to a charming boulangerie which is perfect for breakfast. the rooms were well-appointed and clean. Our apartment had two floors, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, and a small but pleasant terrace. the breakfast in the main building was sumptuous and fulfilling.

Some of the staff seemed inexperienced and unhelpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, with a room having a great balcony overlooking a beautiful pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. This hotel had excellent facilities, including a spa and parking, and was in a great location right across the road from Carcassonne airport. Additionally, I loved the fact that we were able to buy local produce within walking distance from the hotel.
